great stay for a weekend break

Comfortable room, excellent location, with a friendly front desk staff, and the added bonus of a Starbucks on-site for convenient morning coffee before a 5-minute walk to downtown attractions.

The location is a major highlight, offering easy access to downtown. Rooms are spacious, clean, and boast great views. Friendly staff made the experience better, and the outside fire pit was perfect for winding down. However, room service could have been quicker, and the breakfast options felt limited at times.

After a long drive, we loved crashing in our king room with a mountain view. it was super clean and comfy. The bistro had amazing local beers to unwind with. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. Just a heads up, the pillows were a bit flat for my liking, but overall, it was a solid stay! 😄

The staff proved to be incredibly helpful and efficient during our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub area, which was a perfect place to unwind after our day. The small store next door was a fantastic convenience for snacks and essentials, making our visit even better. Also, the mountain view from our king room added a special touch to our experience.

However, noise from nearby festivities was a bit distracting at times.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel was in walking distance to all downtown activities and had great amenities like an outdoor hot tub and courtyard. Don't miss visiting the local aquarium and hiking in the nearby national park for some fun. It’s a nice spot for families too, especially with kids!

We did experience some noise from kids enjoying the pool, which could get a bit loud, especially if you're trying to relax. Just a heads up if you get a room near there.

I enjoyed a peaceful four-night stay in Gatlinburg! My Queen Room with Balcony offered stunning mountain views. Even though the on-site dining was pricey, local restaurants nearby made for great alternatives. A quick stroll down the hill showcased charming shops and attractions. Bring snacks for your stay!

The King Room was spacious and super clean, which is always a plus! The bed was comfy, and I loved having a little corner balcony to relax on. Only downside was some noise from the hallway, but overall it felt cozy and welcoming. Perfect spot to unwind after a day out!
